Since you've only had her two months and she came from a sketchy seller, breeding her should be the last thing on your mind right now. I would concentrate on ensuring that she's healthy and feeding, and reserve her for next season.
Her eye injury shouldn't affect her breeding as long as you're certain that it was due to something like a rat bite rather than a birth defect.
