Question about BRB in heated herp room

Hi guys!
A couple months ago, I purchased a young BRB (born this year). I have her in my herp room now (after quarantine) and realized that the ambient temp I keep the room at (78f) was too high for her. I lowered it to 76F, which is still acceptable to my other herps (BPs, boas, KSBs, carpet python) and her hot spot is currently at 80F.

I understand that this is a very small gradient for her, and so I've come to ask you guys what I should do about that. I have her as far away from the side of the room with the heater as possible and her ambient temp is at 76F. Should I remove her UTH, or would it be better to move her, at least while young, to an unheated room? My concern there is that our house temps get down to 64F - 68F in winter... In summer, the temps get up to around 76F.

BRB's can run 76*F to 85*F, ambient (not basking spot) over 85*F can cause neuro issues. I run m If the ambient in her enclosure is in the mid-upper 70's and she has a basking spot around 84-85*F then she should be fine.

If you're worried about her not having enough gradient, bump her up a tub size so there's more distance between the hot and cool side, and throw in another water bowl. If she gets too hot you'll find her soaking on the cool side.

Thanks so much for your help! I had reduced the temp of her hot spot to 80, when I heard of someone else's BRB overheating in the mid- 80's, but that person could have been mistaken.

I will increase her tub size, bump up her hot spot to 84-85f and give a second water bowl.
