And you back that up with records of sire and dam, photos, lock dates, ovi dates, date of eggs laid, photo of dam on the eggs... Hard to gain reputation without these, if the individual is new to breeding he will not have much of a rep...which would need to be earned which in this hobby is a correlation of involvement within the herb community and paper trails of proof in my personal opinion.
