    Baby wont eat...?

OK so, i got a baby ball from petsmart. Bad idea. When we went there, the guy told us that the baby had been returned after a day, because the husband brought him home without permission. So the snake was super stressed. Well they wait a few days to try to feed them and return them to their setup they have. So since me and my bf were there, he gave us a mouse, and told us we could take him home. We waited a few days, didn't handle him too much, and then tried to feed him a f/t fuzzy. He wont even look at it. Tried again a few days later, same response. He has peed a quite a few times, within having him for a week and few days... Im a little worried about his health? but i have no idea where to take him to even get him looked at. I plan on leaving him alone until saturday, and hopefully he wont be nearly as stressed, and im going to offer live, but do you guys have any suggestions? I have 3 other bps, and none of them did this when we brought them home :x
    thanks in advanced...

Set him up in a six-qt tub, 86-87*F on the warm side, with an inch of aspen to burrow under, a small hide, and an undumpable water bowl.

Put it in a quiet room and cover it with a piece of newspaper to block out most of the light.

After a few days offer a live fuzzy and leave it overnight with him (a fuzzy can't hurt him).

I'm in a similar situation, just with an older snake. I got a banana female that's about 300g now (was 335 two weeks ago), breeder said she was pounding f/t weaned rats (he has lots of positive feedback online including faunaclassifieds) and she's been refusing everything I've offered. I fed all my snakes a few days after I got her, so I figured I'd try feeding her and wouldn't be surprised if she rejected it. Then the next feeding was about 5 days later and she refused again, then I tried a live rat but it was a bit big, she seemed more interested but still not eating. Then last night I tried again (f/t weaned) and she didn't take it.

I've been using paper towels for substrate (breeder used shredded aspen) and have them in 15qt tubs (breeder had v18s) so I'm thinking I need to give her a hide for her to feel more secure (or just cover the front of the rack) and maybe put some shredded aspen in there to make it more familiar. I also have a reptile store in my area that I can buy asf from pretty cheap, so I think I'll do all that and try again Friday to feed. Think I'm missing something?

    Re: Baby wont eat...?

SOLUTION I GUARENTEE IT WILL WORK:

1.) Get a tub and cover all 4 sizes with black paper or something to hide light
2.) If its a baby get a live baby rat fuzzy (no eyes open) or just live mouse fuzzy. For adult idk. The reason you get them with their eyes closed is so you dont have to watch over them. FEED LIVE, ITS THE ONLY GUARENTEED WAY IT WILL EAT
3.) Put your snake and the baby in the tub, close it and when you come back in an hour it will be gone.

If your snake is hungry it WILL EAT LIVE.

I received both of my snakes from a reputable breeder who had them started on F/T. Both of my snakes wouldn't eat the petsmart arctic mouse brand and could only get them eating again on live. The oldest is back on F/T but they are raised and euthanized by me. I think smell goes a long way.
