Looks pretty similar to one of the normals I hatched out this year. There is so much variation to the wild type ball python that I wouldn't really count on it being genetic, but if you feel like making the attempt, by all means go for it.

Here's what my bandy hatchling looked like after her shed. She's the one down at the bottom, and this is the only picture I have of her not balled up. Her brother, the tiny normal above and to the right of her, also had some really cool pattern going on, but his was busier and with more static. Mom was pretty but doesn't look much like either hatchling and dad was a lesser bee, so no telling there. I suppose it could be genetic, but I'm not convinced there's any genetic gold shining through in this clutch.
