This is tough because of the number of males you have. The sets I would probably do:

Calider x pastel enchi - as mentioned

Calider x fire - Fire calider might be nice and you might not do perfectly above, but could work out a good male fire calider to put with the pastel enchi next year shooting for a fire enchi calibee(worlds first?)

Clown x Pastel Clown - visual clowns and pastel clowns may not be holdbacks you need, but can help pay for the rest of the cool holdbacks

Pinstripe x Mojave - I like jigsaws and they seem to be holding decently

Onyx x Spider - I really like black bees, though the spider HRAs might not be as handy. Could knock out another onyx which are generally pretty cool looking and I don't know if an Onyx Bee has been done yet.. Might be interesting.

Albino x het Albino - not the best investment clutch, but if you don't use the albino male, anything else you do will be PH albino and may not be desirable

Here's where I'm going a little odd, just for variety

Pewter x Ivory - Everything will be YB, and you might get CinnaBelly, PYBs which are both nice. I don't as much like the PewterBelly, but it's a pretty strong set of genetics to sell.

Finally, for the normal female, really, you can do anything you want, but I would definitely do a multi-gene snake to reduce the odds of normals. The Calider or pewter would be my first instincts, however the Clown could net you a full clutch of het clowns, which are pretty strong on the market still and may give you a second female het clown to expand your clown breeding.
