    Just make sure the cloth or towel you use is textured and damp / wet and wrap the snake in the towel and let the snake "slide" through your hands continuously ... When the head comes out - put the towel over it gently and keep letting it climb through your hands .... this works nearly every time in my experience buy certainly after the second attempt a day or so later ..
