pretty normal ? or low quality of yellowbelly ? OTHER?

i just bought this guy and a female . they had been kept together in a messed up birdcage of all things paid $40.00 just to get them out of the situation . they said the female may be carrying eggs.more than possible she is carrying because they had been kept together for a long time ""according to these people"" she is very mean . and hides in her hide alot . mostly on the cooler end and is in shed now so wondering what i may be in for baby BP's wise . these pictures are of the male who will actually let me take pics without wanting to tear me up LOL but the female is identical . I SEPARATED THEM AS SOON AS WE GOT HOME ! but before i continue rambling . are they normals ?possible yellowbellys? they both have that spot on the head and read that can be a marker for YB's some guy on facebook told me cinny but i just dont see it ALSO IM NOT COMPLAINING IF THEY PRODUCE PLAIN NORMAL BABIES JUST CURIOUS and they dont seem all that normal to me . im a colubrid guy so any help is appreciated very much
