    Aspen isn't great for humidity. I use tubs and find they hold humidity great. I have no problems with them.

    I have a Brazilian Rainbow boa juvi and she needs high humidity. To do that, all I have in her tub is a large water bowl over the uth (best way to create humidity IMO) and a bedding of cypress mulch that I mist.

    Heat lamps suck humidity out like crazy. A uth is a much better option and then you could put the bowl over it.
