Looks like a lemonblast (pastel pinstripe) to me.

I thought lemonblast too, but it doesn't look like the right color. Maybe in a better light?

The snake has a nice blushing on the head and soft yellow on the body. Typically just plain spinners will also have reduced pattern, more brown, and a very thin eye stripe. I'd call this a Pastel pin

Definitely has pastel because of the blushing on the head, Id say pastel pin as well.
