    Scale rot?? Please help me identify!

    Idk what this is I saw it while taking pics of her.
    2.1 Ball Python(Sterling, Boots, & Eden)
    1.0 Kenyan Sand Boa(Anakin)
    0.1 Bearded Dragon(Beatrix/Trixie)
    0.1 Kitty Cat(Willow)
    1.0 Chihuahua(Panda-Bear)
    2.0 Betta Fish(Finnley & Pescado)
    0.2 Rats(Mishka & Laney)

    I think it's the start of mouth rot
    2.1 Ball Python(Sterling, Boots, & Eden)
    1.0 Kenyan Sand Boa(Anakin)
    0.1 Bearded Dragon(Beatrix/Trixie)

    1.0 Chihuahua(Panda-Bear)

    could be mouth rot or he/she may be rubbing on something
    do you have hides, plastic plants or anything else in the enclosure
    you may want to take him/her to a qualified reptile vet to have that looked at
    Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

    I'm not sure what's going on there SC. It looks like an abrasion to me. I hope it's nothing serious.

    I use exo terra hides but we smoothed it out. We use Aspen as bedding but nothing else other than water dish

    Thank you for the kind words. It appears to be a sore, but we are setting up a paper towel QT cage until further notice

    Check the inside of her mouth for swelling or discoloration. If her mouth looks good, it's probably just a scuff.

    Thank you! Her mouth is fine. I found out its a rub from her trying to find her way out of the rack
