I guess when they love you they pee on you

Was holding my baby BP Quorra tonight for an extended session (watching a movie) and she had done her wandering and finally snuggled up in my hand. She is the sweetest BP and actually will come to my hand and crawl aboard when I reach in her cage. After about 20 minutes she felt so comfortable she stared me straight in the eyes and let loose and peed on me.

For a 100 gram snake, I had no idea she could hold so much pee! It filled my hand and just started dribbling everywhere and a huge urate chunk dropped on the floor. Soaked my shorts and the bottom of my shirt. Thankfully it didn't smell too bad.

Funny thing was she immediately slithered over to my other hand as if my left one was now too dirty for her use.

She already had impressed me with her poop that was a third of her length. Now I know what it's like to get peed on by a BP.

I know. From her point of view she was just hanging out in a warm place and nature had to take place.

    Just like a puppy, right?

Luckily I'm clean with my snakes so far.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

My little Donuts both peed AND pooped on on me while I was holding her on the first day I got her. I henceforth refer to the combined action as "peep"

My Herbie does this ALL THE FREAKIN' TIME. I've convinced myself that it's his way of saying, "Mom, I love you. Thanks for feeding me and taking care of me."

Otherwise, I would just have to think he's being a jerk...

It's gross, haha. I was soaked by my Spider, he wrapped around my waste and his vent was at my back while I was sitting in our leather (luckily) chair and it ran down my back and soaked my jeans.... Surprise!

Ah wow. I can only imagine when they get bigger.

Glad I'm not alone in the pee department!

Lately, my Kings seem to never miss an opportunity.

This topic is something I wonder about with entertainers and educational programmes.
What happens when the 12 foot Berm is being admired by a classroom full of kids, and Nature calls?
Do belly dancers get blasted by their boas while on stage?

It has never seemed like quite the appropriate time to ask.

My BP has managed to get me and my husband, and every time it soaks through our clothes and bed. Last time she looked awfully smug afterward.
My grandma handled snakes for the zoo for years, and she never got hit. I don't know how snakes decide who they decide to soak.

(overlooked misspelling in my previous post. Burm)

I used to work at a commercial dairy. The cows were lined up eight to a side on two sides of a four foot deep long pit. The milker stands in the pit, and works with the udders and milking machinery from there. One cow ALWAYS peed on me. Sometimes, you get even worse. It was a messy job.

Even so, I loved the cows. I miss that job.
