    I would suggest cleaning the wound and replacing substrate with paper towels. Thoroughly flush with clean water and then dab with a diluted betadine solution. (1 part to 10 with water). Beyond that, you'll need a more experienced keeper to respond. If the bleeding doesn't stop, or just to be on the safe side, I would get in contact with your vet.
