What the Shed?
I was wondering if anyone owned one here.
I was at Parrot Jungle, and they have a reptile show there ... They have the most cute Gila Monster there.

Not sure if any of our members have them, although, I am from Arizona, grew up with them in the deserts, they are poisonous. They are very pretty. It would be something I would think of keeping once my kids grow up.

I found this pretty interesting: http://www.gila-monster.org/gila-monsters-captivity.htm . You cant go catch one legally, you can only buy captive bred.

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.

And if you live in Arizona, you can't buy them, either. It is illegal to even TOUCH them..

AP T3 Heat and Humidity Question
Yeah, I've seen a few. It is really neat seeing them in their natural environment, and not at a zoo or something like that.

My Dad just came back from a motorcycle trip to Mesa to see my sister and he stopped 2wice to snap pics of Gila monsters crossing the road. They are one sweet looking critter.
