Time between dropping eggs and pairing again

Alright, I have a question about pairing up a female that has gone the year before. I have a female that dropped eggs in July and has already recovered all of her weight and then some, from before she was paired last season. Most people say to get them back up to weight, but since that has already been achieved, is there also a minimum time factor to wait? I would love to hear from members who have bred females over several consecutive seasons.
