When you buy the UTH order a Thermostat with it very important it can /will get way to hot and can/will burn your Snake. What size is your tank? Is it Glass? Your house temperature if it stays the same year around you will still need to use products to keep your tank at the right temperature, with that said you will also need a heat lamp to keep the temps good , just remember that thermostat. .
