so my question is;

If a Pastel het Piebald female has parthenogenesis clutch will all the offspring be female Pastel het. Piebalds? or will they be female Super Pastel Piebalds?

I am asking this as I heard someone say in a youtube vid that every egg will have 2 copies of moms genes but I am not sure if that is true/if it works like that.
