    I don't want to starve my little girl but I don't want to over feed her.
    For hatchlings, I do twice a week up until they're around 100g.

    You can do once a week, just make sure you are feeding enough and your snake is growing consistently. Their metabolisms are a lot faster at that size than they are for older snakes, so it's generally just easier to feed them more often so they can gain some weight a little quicker.

    At 53g, I wouldn't worry too much about overfeeding (on reasonably sized meals). She'll burn through the food quickly.
