    Fluctuating humidity levels

I have looked for threads pertaining to my question but didn't really find an answer.
My humidity fluctuates between 30-50% in her enclosure. Is this bad or will it cause complications for my bp? I keep a wet towel on half of her tank to keep it between 40-50. I soak sphagnum moss when she's in shed (no shed issues at all- always one piece). When I see the humidity closer to 30ish she can develop an eye dent (which goes away after I re-soak the towel). Any longer standing fixes other than a humidifier? I spray but it doesn't seem to bump it up very much.

What substrate are you using? Tin foil seams to work better then a towel does...you could always make a humid hide for her to go in..are you using digital or analog gauges?

In agreement with the comment above here's a tutorial on how to foil wrap your screen top. If you do go with this method if recommend using black gorilla tape to tape it down instead of duct tape. I hate the way the silver looks. That's just my opinion though

This is exactly what I used. Gorilla Tape. But I was in the hardware store the other day and there are soooo many different colored duct tape now. Even digital camo! lol So really you could decorate it with just about anything.

Who started the wet towel nonsense and why haven't these people found out about aluminum foil yet? I literally just had this conversation on FB with 3 different people.
