maybe you have a new pet bird for life haha! A wild peacock landed on our roof 2 years ago and despite my best efforts to get her to leave she is still here, every morning she is sitting on my SUV, walking through my planters, digging for bugs. I have gotten over feeling like she is a pest and am not convinced that I will make her my friend haha. After 2 years she lets me get about 1 ft from her, so its only a matter of time before I get to pet her.
