NO WAY!! The rats were still in their heat sealed bag and it had blown up like a balloon, if I touch that thing it'll blow for sure. If he's that hungry he can fish it out of the trash on his own...

That's a bad omen

Yeah throwing out that many rats was pretty bad luck.

I did not realize that vultures had such keen smell!

They're still in the bag but I can smell them pretty easy myself, it is pretty impressive though that this guy must have smelled them from pretty far away.
