    Re: How to cure wood

What I did was fill up my bathtub with bleach water, 1/2 cup for every gallon.

A little trick, time how long yoyr water takes fill a 1 gallon pitcher, then multiply and set a timer to check the depth.

Let it soak 24h fully submerged. Then drain and fill with clean water. Repeat every 2-4 hours throughout a 48 hour period.

Finally allow to air dry for ~48 hours. Preferably hanging, maybe with some clothes hanger or string.

    Voila! 4 foot logs!
