Do you know the temps on both sides of the enclosure?

Trying to find out why he regurged would be my priority at this point as well as not trying to feed for at least 10 days.

I'm wondering if the temps were too low for digestion and the food is actually decomposing inside the snake.

If that is the case then a vet visit for some anti-bios may be a good step.
