I bought one male, one female 7 years ago for my kids.
They have been calm, healthy, wonderful pets the whole time. We combined them into the same cage last year and they 7 laid eggs Aug 1st.
I have been busy with work and haven't had the time to properly care for them. 5 are brown. 2 of them look kind of viable. The two hopeful ones are a little wrinkled. Are they viable?

I dont even even know where to start; so many things going on here. First off separate the snakes; the male is stressed, that's why he not eating. You have a question mark for hides; these snakes have no hides? More stress!

Unregulated UTH- burn waiting to happen. Google search burned ball python; the pictures aren't pretty. Unplug the UTH IMMEDATELY to avoid serious burns or even death to your snakes.

Also you mention that the two snakes gave been together for the last year? Why? Did they have their own enclosures before? The enclosure you have them in now is way too small for two snakes of their size plus eggs.
