Small bumb on the end of the tail on female ball python

I got this ball python a few days ago and i just noticed a moderately sized mass near the end of her tail,the bumb is not hard but kinda soft and squishy this is my first every snake as a pet and not really sure what it is kinda worried

Pictures are worth a thousand words...with out seeing it I couldnt even begin to tell you...you might want to start looking for a good herp vet

Soft and squishy could be a abscess, do you feed live?

Shes been fed once since i got her it was a small live mouse

Confucius say small dump in cage, much better than large bump to wallet. Seriously, glad is was nothing serious.
