    Exclamation lacey act

this might be a dumb question, but I'm just trying to get a better understanding. are they going after the green anaconda and the reticulated python? I know they already got the yellow. and if they are, if they win, when will transporting them no longer be an option? I also read somewhere that they're targeting boas, but they weren't specific about which kind

I was wondering that myself, but I know boas were dropped the last time I checked.

Reticulated Python and Three species of Anaconda were added to the Injurious Wildlife list of the lacey act in March of 2015. Shipping was stopped April 9th I belive. A Preliminary Injunction was granted to USARK in May or June. This allows USARK members to ship the above species until a final ruling is made on the lawsuit.

Shipping of Burmese, African Rocks, and Yellow Anacondas is still completely prohibited. Boa Constrictor has still not been effected.
