I can remember back just a few years to high school...we had our fun with toilet paper pranks but never did any permanent damage...thats just messed up.
As part of my high schools homecoming shinanigans, the week leading up to the homecoming game was juniors vs. seniors, toilet papering each others houses. Everyone who went to the school lived in one of two otherwise enclosed communities, so it was a blast with everyone out toiletpapering houses. The police actually used to patrol to try and stop it, but parents complained because no one was hurting anything and their kids were getting vandalism charges, so the police stopped. I would want to go back to high school if it wasn't for the actual school part.
