    No, it's not good husbandry practice to keep different species together. BUT, the snakes look well fed, there is water in the bowl and the substrate looks clean. It's a dumb way to keep snakes, but I don't see anything that would be considered abusive. Reporting this to anyone would be an exercise in futility. Just accept the fact that some people just don't get it, and never will.
