VERY quick question on UTH size. Please help! :)

    Hello all,

Setting up my first tub and I just wanted to know what size UTH would be appropriate. It is a 34 qt sterilite latch box. Its 26 inches long, and 18 inches wide. Not sure what size UTH I need. Thank you! Also, would the uth be enough to heat this size tub? my room is pretty consistently 75 degrees.

    Thanks in advance!

The medium size (16w dimensions 8" x 12") should be big enough. And it should be enough to heat the entire enclosure, especially a plastic tub.

Go with reptile basics. There heat pad has lasted me far longer than any other brand. And they don't get AS hot or malfunction like some pet store brands. You still need a thermostat but IMO are safer than other brands. And I feel safer using Reptile Basics with plastic enclosures since they are made for that. I hate the UTH with stick-on surfaces.
