Maybe I'm just a worried mommy, but...

My bumblebee, Royal, was purchased on Black Friday 2 years ago. I've never had any issues with her. I've noticed just a couple things that I keep thinking about, so maybe someone can help me out!
Whenever I have her humidifier on, she won't be still (unless she stays in her hide) and she rubs herself on the tank. Is she trying to shed? Does she itch? Or is this a sign of RI? I never see mucus or saliva on the glass...
Today, I had her out and she wrapped around my arm. I went outside with her for just a minute to walk my friends to their car, and she made a very sudden, loud, and intense almost-hissing noise.. Kind of like a sneeze. (It sounded like she was wheezing, but she breathes normally). But she didn't hiss, for sure.. she has made this noise only a couple other times and that was when I was getting her out of the tank after using the humidifier. Am I giving her too much moisture?

She has no symptoms of RI.. no open mouthed breathing, no clicking, popping, or wheezing noises (aside from the above). She eats regularly and I've never had issues with that.
I just really need some help here. I wanna know if I need to treat her, or if these things are normal and I'm just babying her :p

Basic husbandry is something we would need to know first.
What are your normal temperatures and humidity when not running the humidifier.
What is the humidity when using it?
