    Reputable Breeder

Not sure if I'm allowed to post this here, so if I'm not hopefully one of the moderators will just delete it. But, I'm thinking about purchasing a couple animals from Bob Clark. Is he reputable? And if so let me see the animals you've purchased from him!

Bob Clark, as in the man who has been breeding snakes for 29 (?) years, and produced the very first albino ball python? I haven't had the pleasure of buying from him yet but I don't think I've met or heard of anyone who didn't say the very best things about his snakes. So yes. I honestly believe he is reputable. I've been looking to pick up one or two of his animals recently in fact.

He has been writing articles for the trade for nearly as long. There is quite a bit of his written work on his website, if you haven't come across it yet. A few videos too. Looks like a clean, organized breeding facility - judging by the background. I put a lot of stock in that.

I always prefer to have a brief e-mail exchange with any independent vendor I'm considering buying something from, just to get a sense of them. I see it as basically the first customer service contact. I want to know if they even have time for me.

Ive met him in person several times. He's a pioneer in the herp world. Many many worlds first, with many species. Hes well known for the large constrictors, been of the cover of countless reptile magazines...

Id say yes, yes hes reputable.
