    Stuck shed with high humidity?

My new hatchling BP just shed his first time with me and he shed most of his skin but I noticed some stuck shed which seems weird cause his humidity was fairly high through this process. Why is this? Could It be cause humidity during shipping was not good since I received him in his blue stage? Should I peel the rest of the shed or let him take care of it himself?

No, do not peel it off. If its just small spots I would leave it alone. If it has larger spots you may want to let it crawl through a damp towel. But like I said if its just small spots keep the humidity correct and let it work itself out. Adding damp moss, or damp towel, to the hide will give the hides nice humidity levels and give the snake something to crawl through and hide in.

The stuck shed is probably because the humidity was to low before you got it and then also while shipping. Getting a nice full shed will take more than just a few days of proper humidity. Keep it correct and your next shed should be great. Being young it will probably shed again soon.
