1) BP's are picky eaters and can also be lazy. i've read many peeps on here saying the same thing about their snakes not striking or constricting their meals. i bet if u throw in a live one, u would be pleasantly surprised by want your baby girl can do.
2) have u cleaned her enclosure and checked her hides, etc? she could have shed and it's somewhere in the substrate, hides, etc. within her enclosure. also check her hot hide to make sure there is not a "mess" in there and that there's nasty stuff growing that she is avoiding.
