Question opinions on Boaphile Plastics RhinoRaxx

thinking about getting their "Ball Room Rack" for my 3, soon to be 4 ball pythons. I want tubs that'll give them all plenty of room, because they're all used to 40 gallon terrariums... they're all 2-3 feet. do any of you have experience with Boaphile Plastics? they seem to be the best choice for me.
I like how they come already assembled and with the tubs, plus they're the most attractive racks I've seen so far.

I have four of them of different styles. I like them. I don't house my adults in them but babies, adolescents, and growouts are all in Boaphile racks.

You have to wait for the racks to be built often with no communication that your order was recieved. I think the waiting is no worse than other vendors it's the lack of communication that gets people. After my first order I liked the racks so much I put up with the poor communication.

They're one of the biggest names for racks out there. They don't get like that for no reason.

Re: opinions on Boaphile Plastics RhinoRaxx

    Good morning.

I almost bought a Boaphile rack for my critters...but heard nightmares about the poor communication and sometimes-absurd wait times for your order. I'm an instant gratification kind of guy...so I didn't want to wait for months, wondering how many more there were to go before I got my gear.

I did more homework, and pulled the trigger on a Reptile Basics 4-tub rack (the sweater box MCB-L model). It came fully assembled, with heat tape and Iris tubs included. The back-heat version is $279. The belly-heat option was $20 bucks more. I went with belly heat...and my animals are perfectly settled in and eating like pigs (a good sign that all is well for them). They look nice, work well, and the price is great, for what you get.

Here's the best part - My order came to my door 4 days after I bought it. Shipping was lightning fast...as was communication from the company.

I just ordered another one on Friday...and it'll be at my door tomorrow.

For my money - Reptile Basics is where it's at. I found them to be the best, given the totality of the circumstances.

NOT trying to steer you away from the Rhino Raxx, if that trips your trigger. End of the day....get what makes you happy. If you want a quality rack from a great company...and a QUICK turn-around time...consider the folks at RB.

    Just my humble opinion.
