Question lose scales = concerned mama

my 300 gram albino girl has got some lose scales, a pretty good amount. she's always had a few, but this is kind of a lot for her. she's held daily and I've never noticed this many before. they kind of start from her belly, and get a little less lose on the side of her body to her spine, but they're a bit lose everywhere. weird. she's gonna go into shed sometime this week, I know that. so is that maybe it? she's housed in a 40 gallon exo-terra and her cage is sprayed twice a day. she has a water bowl large enough for her to soak if she wanted. and I use tinfoil on the top of her cage to keep the humidity. she is also sometimes given warm baths to keep her hydrated, clean and help with future shed. other than that she seems perfectly fine, she's in my lap right now exploring around as always. I just want to make triple sure that she's alright, thanks in advance!

oh and one other thing, since I've had her I've kept her on eco-earth mulch for bedding. but she's been on aspen bedding for a couple weeks now. I just wanted to try it out. could that be it? I don't think it holds humidity as well... I plan on switching her to forest floor soon
