Not to hijack your thread but my personal pet peeve is when I go to Petco to get mice on Sundays for a few picky eaters who refuse f/t rats. What peeves me is watching them daintily chase a mouse around the tank with the hid box lid trying to catch it, half the time they're afraid of it. Then after the 10 minutes it took to get the 3 mice I need, the store clerk then apologizes to the mice that they are going to be eaten.
