Where to get a ball python?
I found a store called underground reptiles and i want to know if this place is reputable? I've seen so many mixed reviews about the place and a good bit of them are positive but i just wanted to know if anyone has had any specific experience with the place?? thanks!

Underground reptiles?
Any experiences with them? I am thinking of purchasing a ball python from them, but I've heard some really mixed reviews. HELP!!

I've heard the name but don't know anything about their reputation. Haven't heard on way or another. You could search them on the BOI on Faunaclassifieds. What are you thinking of picking up from them?

I would go with BHB over Underground. You may pay more at BHB but I think their quality control is better. I have dealt with Underground but not for bp purchases. Why don't you shop with some breeders on the forum here. Quite a few here have quality animals.
Stay in peace and not pieces.

I haven't but BHB, Royal Constrictor Designs, and Dynasty Reptiles are all great. I have dealt with them and I am in the process of buying from Josh at Cape Fear Constrictors who has also been a pleasure to do business with.

My personal opinion: you couldn't pay me to take a critter from Underground Reptiles. Do a search on the Fauna BOI.
If you're in the market for a common single-gene critter, look to your local breeders first. The cost of shipping could easily double the price of the animal. You're better off finding a nice-looking local one and putting the savings from not having to ship into your emergency vet fund - or into another snake.
