We've already taken steps to avoid that sort of thing, Brad, like the FAQ forum, for example. We're also considering sending a welcome message to new members that would read something like this:

"Welcome to the site! [etc., etc.] Before you post a question, please look around the site a little. Read our care sheets and FAQs. Try using the "search" tool as well if you're looking for specific information. If you still don't find what you're looking for, ask away! We're ready and willing to help."

How does that sound?
