50% & 58% range is fine.
As for how to lower or increase humidity it can be achieve with substrate and ventilation.
Aspen = Dryer environment
Mulch = Higher Humidity
More ventilation (= more holes) = Lower humidity
Less ventilation (= less holes) = Higher humidity
