    Record Keeping

Do you guys keep track of every animal you've ever hatched? Like the lineage and the pairing and everything even after they've been sold? If so how? I have herperpro but I'm really not liking the lack of updates and some bugs. I also don't think there's a section to store snakes that have been sold on so they don't show up with your current collection.

Have you contacted Herper Pro to see if they can add it?

    Re: Record Keeping

For animals being retailed (not wholesale) yes I do. My customers receive a Certificate of Origin (on cd or via email), which includes what animal produced their offspring as well as clutch number and other info and most importantly a picture. I keep a duplicate of each certificate so I always know what I sold to whom and in the event the animal is re-sold I can confirm that I produced the animal and answer questions.
