Ekans picture thread/album! (Very pic heavy!)

Finally making a thread for Ek, to share her and save some pictures for easy access

First day home, weighing 72 grams. This was July 2, 2015





She tolerated handling by the kids very early on. This is a few days later after her first feed.





She has always been fairly active, but in a very low stress way (not hectic, slow/even respirations, and calmly looking at the world).



Lately she spends some time everyday on her tree limb watching us





She loves to ride my ponytail, seems to be where she is most comfy a lot



Pre-first shed (for me)



And her new coat of paint. This was about 2 weeks ago





And lastly, today, August 4, 2015! Weighing in at 93 grams after a month with us





I will update this as we go! Thanks for looking at our beautiful normal girl!

The spots down her back are beautiful!! I love the pic of her on your pony tail, Louie does the same for me!! Haha they know whats up. She's cute on her log too looks like she's comfy in her home! I'm glad your kids like her too, it gives me life to see youngins with a great attitude and tempermant towards snakes. Thanks for sharing!! xx

Today she decided to hide at the top of her cage, sitting on the lip at the top. Totally random and new... I would be worried she is stressed, but breathing is still slow and not breathing hard. And when I held her earlier she was just as sweet as always. Guess she is just exploring.... but it sure is cute!

Getting ready for shed #2! I live her with a fresh coat of paint, but when her blacks look blue I think she is gorgeous too







And on a side note, my baby girl started Kindergarten today! She really wants to take Ekans for show and tell sometime, but not sure how her teacher will feel about it, lol
