the best thing that i have found for that is to actually take a razor blade and scrape the sides of the aquarium. that fog is probably mostly just buildup from stuff in the water and i have yet to find a chemical that is safe for use with reptile enclosures that will take that stuff off. just get one of those cheap scraper things from walmart and have at it.
