What is your longest and/or biggest male BP?

Just curious. A lot of information I've read says that 3-5 feet is the average. But then other sources say 4-5 feet is common for females and 2-3 feet is common for males (full grown animals).

2-3 feet sounds pretty small to me for a full grown ball python, even if it is a male.

Biggest: 48inches 1400g

Smallest: 40inches 1100g

My other two males are smaller, but still have a lot of growing to do.

I think my male is probably right about four feet long, was a little over five pounds last time I weighed him. He's at least 10 years old.

I know a woman who used to have 2 huge males. She didn't breed them as they were pets, and she took excellent care of them (except for she housed them together). They were maybe about 5 foot and very plump. However one of them just passed away from a skin condition and the other may have gotten it, too. I know they are very old but not sure how many years

Here's my biggest. This is Cairo, my superfly male. I've never actually measured him, but I think he's a bit over four feet when stretched out completely. He weighs in at a little over one thousand grams, so he might get a bit bigger, but I doubt it.

Titan 2100g + (hasn't been weighed the last month or so) and 5ish feet long. I've never measured him but his shed's are longer than I am tall (I'm 5'9) and accounting for stretching that's my best guess.

My largest is around 1600g, but he's still slamming every rodent that comes near him, so I expect him to keep gaining...

My smallest is just around 1000g at the moment, having just come out of breeding season and being off feed for a few months. He's a little skinnier than I'd like, so I'm looking forward to fattening him back up.

It's interesting, my largest male, and another I have that is nearly as big, came from a small private breeder. My small male came from one of the biggest breeders in Canada.

I'm absolutely not saying that the smaller male is any less healthy or was underfed, but I expect he was fed on more of a maintenance diet than my other two males.

my Sons Male Spotnose weight in at 1680 grams and over 4ft before he went on a 4 month food strike. He finally ate last week a live rat pup hopefully he will start taking small rats again now. My smallest is a Mystic Potion Het Clown poss calico weight in at 168 grams and he like to eat every other feeding good thing I don"t need him this year.
