I have to agree, either either back out a screw, take it to Lowes or Home Depot, and grab a 1/4-1/2 smaller screw and replace them all.

You could also grind down the screw and maybe back it out a 1/4 of a turn to bury the end. Then fill with hot glue (which is my goto!) or for a more lasting solution get some epoxi and use it to cover he sharp ends of the screw.
