Adult female Ball needs a new home

I'm starting medical school in a week and I need someone to adopt my girl. She's around 5 years old. Had mites 2 years ago and after treatment has had no issues. Ate live until I got worried about prey size. Now I thump the rats before meal time and she takes them off the tongs without a problem. She can come with a lightweight plastic 40 gallon long tank with secured top openings.

Any interest? Or does anyone know a breeder in the area that might want a healthy female?
