    Re: Feeding

Feeding a fuzy mouse once a week is not enough, the prey is way too small.

An hatchling right out of the egg is generally started on hopper and quickly move to adults in a matter of weeks.

You need to feed a prey that is equal your snake girth size.

Avoid handling prior to feeding, doing so can stress the animal leading to a refudal, but can also lead to bites as snakes with a strong routine know when feeding day is and can be on feeding mode hours prior and after feeding.

As for the prey if live remove after 15/20 min if uneaten, if F/T it can be left overnight and disposed of in the AM

You can feed once or twice a week it depends on the animal, once a week is just fine so long you offer the right si zee prey.
