I got him from someone at Breeder's Circle in Florida! Her name is Tiffany Mercedes Barzaga. I'm honestly not sure how she is associated with Breeder's Circle, how many breeders there are IN that group, and how they work together...
I believe she's their on-site vet, but I could be wrong.
