    Good growth rate?

    Got Walter Feb 15 but I didn't get a scale until April at which time he weighed 225 grams. Now he weighs in at 445 grams so in six months he's virtually doubled in size. He's a year old this month.

    As long as he doesn't physically look fat or obese, you should be fine. Consider posting a picture!

    Thanks, no at least to me he doesn't look too fat, he's nice and chunky but looks fine too me.

    Try posting a pic. I'm sure your snake is healthy, but looking at my records, the majority of mine are putting on 50-120g a month.

    I'll have to get some recent good pictures this weekend. Posted a couple last week of him but one he was in hide and the other he was swallowing a rat in his water bowl so they weren't too great. Planning on cleaning his tank tomorrow so will be a good time. He just shed a couple days ago and I was hoping he'd take a dump as well but he didn't......little &%&# probably waiting on me to clean the tank first.
