Wow, how much water is the medium saturated with? Do you use "press and seal" around the container? Has the 91.0f temperature been constant? Is that just perlite or did you mix the medium with something?What is your humidity percentage? How are you monitoring the humidity? I think that is the real problem but you have to know where the level is first.
