Found some Hatchling Water Dishes
Well I typically hate shopping, I don't mind it as much if I find something that helps my herping hobby. While walking through Pier 1 Imports I found these little soufflé cups, which make perfect water dishes for a hatchling rack. Here is a pic of one in a tub from my RB hatchling rack. You can see they are plenty small enough not to crowd the space, but nearly impossible to tip over due to the flat bottom, almost vertical walls, and weight. They're priced really reasonable at $1.50 compared to other similarly small ceramic dishes I have seen. Dishwasher safe so easy cleaning. Anyways I just wanted to share in case anyone is looking.

I like it! I just ordered a bunch of the 3" Stoneware crocks for less than $2 shipped each (they're actually all in the dishwasher now for their first cleaning before use). I'm not sure how my wife'd feel about having the same cups for the hatchlings that we use in the kitchen every now and again!

Nice find! Oh to have a dishwasher again. I currently have to wash my water dishes by hand.

Good stuff. In the past I used small 2" pvc connectors, with a small deli ramekin inside for hatchling water dishes. Easy to chuck and replace.

1.0 Black Spooky Kitty
0.1 Faye Tiny Kitty

And more on the way always....

Ahah.. I literally have that exact same dish for Blackout (maybe a slightly larger version? Same design though.)
Both my water dishes for them are just ceramic dip serving bowls/flat bowls that won't tip. They were like $2. Proportionately so much less expensive AND heavier than crock dishes "made for pets".

Yes. That's why I like them. For my adults I use these heart shaped clear glass candy dishes I found at the dollar store. Again, the have a flat bottom, are good and heavy, and the irregular shape makes them so they can't tip. Best part is they were only $1 because it is at the dollar store.
